My child/children received their Canadian citizenship in the last 365 days; can they register for their own CAP?

No.

Children 17 years and younger cannot apply for their own Cultural Access Pass, but they can accompany their parent/guardian to CAP attractions if the parent/guardian is a CAP member. Each CAP member can bring up to four dependents 17 years of age or younger when they participate in CAP.
